To begin a career as a teacher with A Child's Place at The Ranches, applicants must:

*Be at least 18 years old
*Have or be able to obtain a Class II Fingerprint Clearance Card
*Have a negative TB test
*Have at least 6 months of childcare experience
*Have a high school diploma or GED
To begin a career as a teacher's aide with A Child's Place at The Ranches, applicants must:
*Have a love and want to work with children
*Be at least 16 years old
*Have a high school diploma or GED or currently enrolled in school
*Have a negative TB test
*Have or be able to obtain a Class II Fingerprint Clearance Card (if 18 years or older)
